Javascript must be enabled in order to use this site.

To enable javascript in Internet Explorer:

1. Go to Tools > Internet Options... in the browser menu
2. Click on the Security Tab
3. Click on Custom Level
4. Scroll down to 'Scripting Settings' and select 'Enable'
5. Click on the Ok button

To enable javascript in Netscape:
1. Choose Edit from the top menu bar
2. Select the item Preferences
3. In the category list, click Advanced
4. Click box for Enable JavaScript, if not already checked
5. Click OK to save the changes.
